What are some of your favorite names for babies? How did you come up with the name for your child?

Though I don't plan on having any children I did come up with names. Girl-- Taylor Ryan (i love this name) Boy-- Miguel Zion I don't know where I got Miguel from...It just came to me one day  |

We want all boys and here are the names: Tyler LaMarr & Tyson LaMark (hopefully twins) Jaiden LaMarr If I get stuck with a girl:  Jaila Chantal aka JC Chelsea Jenee aka CJ or after my girl Khandi Monet (my fiance doesn't like it, says it sounds like a hooker name  ) |

I like Julian for a boy and Miche' for a girl. I should have named my first son Jason, only because his dad's name is John, but I called him Jay. So Jason would have been cool. (Jay's son)

I have a son...so I got my boy...but truth be told...I really want like 6 kids...str8 up...
if I have a lil girl (which I think I'm gonna have next..but not no time soon)...
her name is gonna be Emily Renee...those are the first name of both my grand-mas...and unlike my son (whos a mommys boy)...she gonna be daddys lil girl...

My first son will have my middle name: Royal
i haven't decided the middle name.. but i'm thinking either Khan, Asim, or Nasir
so, full name: Royal Khan, Royal Asim, or Royal Nasir
Khan = Prince
Asim and Nasir = Protector

i like the name Chauncey, but since i wouldn't name my son that, i named my car Chauncey.

For girls I like Aris Noelle
Keturah Jenae, believe it or not Keturah was the name of a princess in the bible. For a boy I like Kishon, another bible name a river and I like Kieran. When I was pregnant with my daughter if she had been a boy I would have named her Emanuel meaning God with us. I try to stick with names that won't hinder destiny.

I want a Girl and a Boy The Girl name will be I don't know which middle Name i like the best though but it would be Isabella Rose, Isabella Grace, or Isabella Marie... I don't know which middle name i like the best but I know i am going to name my little Girl Isabella and now a boy it would be Hayden Michael But those are the names I picked out and that I really like  ~Dee~ |

baby naming
hmm difficult thing
lol
lets see from wha i have noticed from friends and family ya see that the grandparents (both sides) wanna that the newborn have their name too
and some of them are pissed if the baby dont have their name but the name of the other grandad or granmum
my cuz and his wif did solve this in a very creative way:
they both have two daughters
and first was named after both granmothers but
only the two letters
the first letters of granmum x
and the other two letters of granmum y
her name is FINA FI=FIEN NA= the last or the two first letter of the other granmumsname
so the two granmum are represented in one name
or my other cuz named his sun after himself and his gurlfriend
NINO same idea ni= nicole no=noes
hmm
i dont know if i would name my child after a person or somebody
kinda difficult
because this child has to leave the rest of his/her life with this name
(i am named after my grandad for wich i am very proud of but i have the carrie also the thing he was welknow for : great storyteller and musician. SO PEEPS EXPECT ME TO BE THE SAME ..thats the burden i have to carrie)
but hmmm i dont know wha kinda name i would give
kinda difficult but a good thing to think about because like i say this child has to carrie this name the rest of his/her life

When I was younger I wanted to have twins... which run in my family... a boy and a girl and name them Alexander and Alexandra.
It took me a while to come up with my childrens' names because I wanted it to be different but not ghetto.

I love names that are different my family thinks they are a lil ghetto but hey that's why they are mine to name.
My daughters name will be Auset (aka Isis kemetic goddess of fertility) Simone or Chayika, Khalilah, Sharita or a few others I have written down somewhere.
My first son's name will Ausar (aka Osiris kemetic god husband and brother of Auset) other names are Heru, Yusef, Amir, I love the name Nasir, Hassani etc. I've got soo many more
