What are your resolutions for the year 2004. Do you stick to your resolutions or are they just a resolution?

2003 1. Meet up with one of the HB Fam. Ain't did that, unless you count my girl blessed kickin' at the poetry club. 2. Gain weight (and muscle)4lbs. Wow! I'm gettin fat... ;D Hit the gym, but didn't hit it enough, even tho' I had the time to do it. 3. Clean up my credit and financesCheck. A proud goal that I can say I accomplished. 4. Grow spirituallyCheck. You cain't live this life alone without Him, and letting Him take care of my cares and troubles was a big growing part for me. For the '04, I really don't have any new resolutions. Ima keep workin' on the '03s until I get them completed.

One of my ongoing resolutions is to start saving... I cannot save money.
I did take your advice Auset and started getting savings bonds. So I guess that's a start. I have to put my money where I can't easily touch it cuz if it's available I'm spending it.

Second that notion! Saving is definetly big for 2004 my resolution is to blow aap out of the frame next year. a new book released by me every three months and by other authors maybe every other month. I'm working on an idea with my sister joy that is a lil christmas present for the hb members. Remember the hb poetry compilation book? Well we are working on doing an aap compilation and bring that to life for real in the summer, so look out for that, in 2004

my 03 goal was to finish an album...I did that...and save a couple dollars...I did that too
my 04 is to stop smoking bud...I cut back alot...its time to grow up...and weed clogs my mind...I need to be clear headed...and more focused...
between Feb 17th (the day my album drops) and New Years of next year my goal is to move 20,000 units...I used peddle drugs...and I made lucrative money doing so...I'm looking at this music as audio smack...or lyrical crack...I gotta serve them...build my clientele...and make them spread the word by mouth and website...
I think 20,000 units is reasonable...but in the back of my mind...I KNOW I can move 50k units...if I REALLY put my hustle down...do the math...20k times 7 dollars a CD...thats 140k...and if I can move 50k units moved...thats 350k...man thats serious money...
another goal of mines is stop working and slaving for corporate america...STR8 UP!!!!...

Joy... I am going to have to jump on that bandwagon too.
I am so tired of putting everyone elses needs before mine. Next year... it is all about me... and those don't don't like it can step!!!
I also, am going to continue to lose weight and continue to grow spiritually.
