My goal is to have my own CPA firm.
I have two more years of school before I can even take the exam.
Haven't decided if I want to work for a firm first or just do my own thing immediately after passing the exam.

Well I don't plan on finishing school until there is a DR in front of my name...you know? BUT I am working part time on getting my real estate license so that is one goal I have almost accomplished. After I handle the licensure exam I’m going on a building hunt for a store…that’s my secret goal…I want a clothing store BUT it has a strange twist to it. I’ll let y’all know about that one in full detail one day! Anyway with my degree I’m going into news broadcasting and hopefully I’ll get into some acting during my mid to late twenties.

Good luck girls! My goal is to make AAP big! in all areas in entertainment not only books but music and hopefully even movies. I want to help people who get jacked by publishing houses and give money back to the community. I want to use the people that can't get it easy like me. I want to just rebuild our community and help other people make reach their goals.

My number one goal is to have my own Private Investigation Business.... I'm giving myself 6-8 years to have it up and running...
My other goals are to finish school--I'll be done in May-- after that I'll probably take like a year off from school so I can decide if I want to go back for my PhD... Also, I have to get a new job, I'm giving myself another year at this job... I have to get into my direct field (Criminal Justice)... Right now I'm in social services and I'm not feeling it too much....

that is good...you all inspire me...I wish I would've went to school after high school...but I didn't...my goal is to become an entre-pr-negro...I can't stand working for someone else...paycheck to paycheck...I mean its good and you value your money...
I really want to open a auto-detail shop...like a one stop shop...where you can get a tune up/oil change, paint job, rims, and auto parts...my cousin is really good at fixing care and working with auto parts...and we would provide good quality service...and not rip people off like most auto mechanics do...
we would buy a car...provide it with TLC (new paint, rims, auto care) and place it on the market...
I also would like to run Saving Lives Inquiring Minds...its a acrynum for my name Slim...it would be a non-profi org...that specializes in at risk youth, homeless shelters, and a prison to work reform called convict to corporate...that would teach ex-cons how to make the transition from institutions into the workforce...its funny we send prisoners to jail...to pay their debt to society..and then when they come home...no one wants to give them a job...and thats not fair...
my goal in life is get into heaven...

It's great to have goals slim, especially for black men. The information I have posted for Khandi on opening a group house will help you also. It's the same info, different name!
Just revisiting some goals I had from highschool. My goal was to own a multicultural hairsalon/ day spa, publishing house and music consulting firm by the time I reached 40.
I'm 22 and Auset Ausar Productions is my publishing house goal attained. I'll revisit in 18 years and see where I am then.
