5. U.S.A. bullying Iraq for oil...stating there was proof of mass destruction...and after the smoke cleared...there was no proof
4. Plastering Jessica Lynch...and then they lied about her...to make her seem like a national hero...and now that she ain't going with they plan...they dig dirt on her name
3. Kobe Bryant...got caught with his pants down...I always thought something was wrong with him...he seems to broadcast this "I am perfect image"...and he got caught...when Becky Grabowski (whatever her name is) cried rape (white girls have been doing this for centuries...and he still ain't learn)
2. Trent Lott...for his racist remarks...about blacks...and after that was all said and done...George Bush still backs him as GOP leader...and I wouldn't piss on neither of them if they were on fire...
1. the whole state of hip-hop...its like wrestling its pure entertainment...a bunch of talk...a bunch of hate...heres what I don't get...you are out the hood...you're rubbing elbows with rich people..and you still mad...what are you mad for..YOU GOT YOUR RECORD DEAL!!!!!...why are all these rappers acting like they are hard...knowing they can't fight...claiming gangsta...but got 10 bodyguards...that ain't gangsta...why does every rapper now have to prove how ignorant you can be...

i stopped watching all those awards shows (Source, Essence, BET, etc etc etc) after Ashanti received the Aretha Franklin Award...
i realized spots can be bought.. it's all a business..
plus, the best artists don't get recognized.

I didn't bother to watch The Source Awards last night, and now I'm glad I didn't. When my friend told me that Cam'ron beat out LL AND Ice Cube in the movie category, I was like "WTF?!!!"  It's juss not right I tell ya!  |

No it's not you it's just the hectic scheldules of everyone. Let me get into my shame list cause this is a great topic.
1. The state of hip hop, the fact that people have manipulated the understanding of why beefs are important to cultivate hip hop by forcing opponents to sculpt their skill and has been changed to a sure fire way to the top of the bill boards. Watch the movie Beef it's great for hip hop heads like myself.
2. G-dub Bush, The whole fact that he is in the office still puzzles me.
3. All of the awards, it's getting so boring, why don't they just stop filming them!
4. The ugly turn of reality shows.
5. BET I'm still mad I got banned but really comparing MTV and BET it's a shame that MTV does more for our people.

My top 5 are: 5) Irv Gotti gettin' arrested this past summer at R. Kelly's show for havin' exstasy possession...but not only that...this foo' had some Viagra pills on him too--lol! 4) Sisqo for shootin' at his neighbor's parked car a few months ago. He's my boy and all but if he was receivin' death threats, he should've let the authorities handle this situation instead of becomin' that paranoid. 3) Bobby Brown for skippin' out on his court date this past spring and having to return to jail for a few days as well as bein' on house arrest. 2) I'm sorry, but that kiss between Britney and Madonna...and that's all I'ma say about that! 1) George Bush...no explanation needed! |
