Nothing difficult, the first thing is to start new topics in your board. Tori has done a great job of making the love board interesting and keeping people up on what's going on.
Second, invite new people, if you like what we are doing invite people over so we can make this family grow. I have some things I'm working on as incentives so I apprecieate every effort.
Third Reply to any topic started by a member so no topic has a 0 next to it. But if we all reply to each others topics like we have been doing, that's easy.
Fourth keep the peace. I don't want anyone to physically go in and edit someones message. We are grown people and if anyone get's in an argument, which we shouldn't have any, we don't need to edit their words let them diffuse it but don't promote it. If you have a problem holler at me. I edited the censored words so they are not as censored, but you know edits fuck, you know what I mean.

Also there are a few boards where moderators are inactive so I will add a second mod for those boards until I can contact the current mod but i need mods for:
poetry, literary, news

I will do it for any Board except Poetry. I am not very good in that area. But anywhere else you need me, just let me know. And in all honest... if Poetry is where you need me, I will do it. ;D
