For the deffense attorneys of the dc snipers?
Why are they called the dc snipers when they hit more in maryland and va?
Why aren't other public deffense attorneys getting paid as much to help out those non guilty prisoners such as Larry Davis?

that' s a good question, i can't understand why that is to come up with a good reason of what i think other than it just fits maybe b/c DC is like the big thing like the white house and our government. and since they did hit MD, VA, it becomes DC's problem so i guess they just call themselves summing it up.
