Its damn true, check for my poem one million lost because i was talking to my friends mom yesterday about when she was down there during the hurricane and some shit down went down that they haven't put out there as much as they are putting everything else.
Did you know there are one million of our people, the ones they claim are lost, that were left waitng on a bus that never came to take them to the superdome. oh but they found time to knock down the doors of the people in a wealthy community who they new had long gotten out of dodge.
I wish I had money like talk about, I'd go down there myself and get out people because the way shit is set up is fucked up. In one breath they say oh black people is looting and caring on but they fail to mention that the help for those people as far as food and so forth is near non existent.

British surviouirs have returned back and are laying on thick the abuse suffered at the hands of the police. All the British tourists that have come home so far are white. All talk about the racial injustice that was witnessed before their eyes. One guy said " police were making women bare thier breasts for rescue, never will I step foot on US ground after witnessing that".
I know that the race realtions experinced in the US is majorly different to what Black Europeans go through, but it's only through this diaster we realise how much has not changed...in fact I go so far to say it's got 5000 years worse.
What killed it for me yesterday watching the news with BUSH AND TD JAKES SIDE BY SIDE!!!!!! Don;t get me started in here.

Oh no he didnt recruit t.d. jakes, and I know t.d. know better than to play a pawn in bushes lies. I'm so disgusted right now.
a group of buses from va went down to help the people in the superdome get to tx and they had room to bring 150 back but the bus went empty becuase of politics, this organization told the bus drivers they had to take the people through a process that would take days while the bus drivers already had agreements with churches and people that wanted to open up their homes for the people.
I'm so repulsed by it all!

Floods are happening even more in the UK, but the areas have the econimical growth to thrive the next year, and trust me if you look at some of the places affected it's mostly upper class areas anyway. But New Orlenans is predominatly broke ass poor. So myou knowe that 100 year old blockage was never going to help them, I still don't understand how the media got there before the rescue teams?  . As for Bishop......Long Ting, he should know better. I've looked on his site soon as I got into work this morning no releif fund placed on site, but then the mintristy don't needs that HE has enough poor people money to build the city back to top notch. "SHOULD TWO WALK TOGETHER IF NOT IN AGREEMENT?" Jakes+Bush= MORE MONEY. |

One of the churches major functions is supposed to be to help the poor, those whom can't get help else where. I wonder how many churches are doing what god said they are to do?
