Today is the anniversary of Miss Rosa Parks refusing to give up her seat. The act that inspired generations ...With her recent passing over perhaps we should all stop for just a moment and say a prayer of thanks ~
This just in ~ The country will build a statue honouring Rosa Parks it will be the first such statue honouring an African American erected in the nations capitol .

Really? I thought the statue of Martin Luther King's statue was the first. He has one here in Portland in front of the convention center and one in ATL.
