I just cracked it open, seeing tonya get her ass flung all over the house! I'm going to be ready to discuss as I go along!

My first question is.... "Is this book realistic"? I have answer but I'm going to wait a till ya'll finish the book...
My other question is "Why do you think Tender kept giving Kat money knowing she couldn't be trusted"?
And "why do you think Goldie stayed in the situation as long as she did if she was so miserable"?

#1 It wasn't realistic, I've read better stripper stories, it just seemed something funky about the whole thing. I'm an avid Shannon Holmes fan but this one let me down. And then the police situation. The streets are always talking, if she went to the station saying she didn't know Goldie and then the next moment they bust in her house because they found out Goldie lived with her she would have been held for lying. And the cops don't care who they got, all they need is a goat. You think they care between Kat or Goldie? And Cookie would have gave them the sauce they needed. And the last thing I didn't like was the fact that he would say things like Kat thought Goldie was her friend but soon she would see. or they held a secret and it would soon be revealed. I was looking for something I didn't know. #2 Tender still felt she owed Kat something. And in away she did but how long do you owe them is the question she should have asked. She should have stopped when kat hesitated on knowing where her Florida money was. Then the whole Q situation was fishy, that took me the longest to read because I kept stopping like are you kidding me! Ugghhh #3 Goldie stayed there because she wasn't strong enough to do her own thing. She had no fight back you see how Tender knew when it was time to start some fire. I think it would have been more realistic if when she knew Neicy was going to kill Kat she was tearing the house up looking for her money. You know what I mean?

This was not a realistic book at all....
I don't know anyone in Philly who talks like this... so from the beginning I couldn't relate and it was pissin me off.... All of my friends read the book and they agreed... "who talks like this"... Then the way he described the neighborhoods... it just didn't fit, so maybe I just couldn't get pass that...
I agree Auset... Why didn't Tender run up in that house and get her money... She had keys to the crib and knew about what was going down and she just sat back and watched... She should've got the money and rolled out...
