My book club just read BUTTER by Marlon Greene, the book was real good! I first learned about the book while reading his book MAKING LOVE IN THE RAIN a collection of short stories, Butter was one of them. We had our meeting yesterday and Mr. Greene was our guest, he answered alot of questions and was real open to what we had to say about his book, there is a part in the book that shook all of us!!
The book is about the relationship between Darren and "BUTTER" and the decisions that they make while in and out of their relationship with each other, and ladies let me tell you some of the characters in the book will have you laughing and sayin...dayum...i have done that!!!
...if anyone has read it let me know I still want to talk about it and get other peoples point of view...
