A SIMPLE WAY TO START YOUR DAY THAT BURNS FAT AND SHEDS THE POUNDS...by Jorge Cruise..This book gaurantees weight loss in 4 weeks...its based on the principle that you can exercise for just 8 minutes every morning and turn your life around..healthwise....I got this book from my mother...hmmm I wonder if Mdear was tryin to tell me sumtin..lol ...in any case I am on day number 18 and I like it ..its a good starting point for people who have not exercised in years...or what feels like years...the book also has an eating plan...a place for jounaling daily.. I am a self help book junkie so I liked this book and would recommend it to all...

What are the exercises she suggest you do? I'm hopeless to exercise for a long time but I can do eight minutes.

Its just basic stuff with light weights its two exercises each day 4 sets of 12...like lifting above your head, butterfly press, jumping jacks..crunches..leg lifts....just anything you can think of and each day starts with these three stretches to loosing your body up..he also encourges meditation and journaling which i had already been doing... everything is illustrated so it makes it easier

I started jumping rope every morning for eight minutes. I'm going to start doing some of these exercises.

I finished the program and lost about 8 inches...not bad...since its exercised based i measuring instead of weighing myself.
Auset...you still jumping rope?

I started riding (moutain bike) to work,cause all the dvd-videos and books were starting to get left behind. so far, so good, and the power trip of passing people on the bus ( plus saving some REAL pounds) is great.
