Hey, that's funny you brought that up. I was going to attend a speed dating thing downtown last month but I couldn't find anyone to go with me. I didn't want to look like a loser, I wanted a friend to go with me.
Topics, hmm.
Sports Music Things you do in your spare time?
I'll think of some more.

I'm not looking forward to it at all, but I'm a sucker for charity and I'm SINgle so I'm puting my wellie in for a tinkle. It's footie season so unless you know what your talking about no sports , Musiq I know about so all fairs in that department, and then work (lord have mercy) I'll leave to the pegions. I'm wondering how single life got so complicated, I blame my parents. They should have ordered me an arranged marraige at 16yrs. I would be sending the children to college by now and getting my figure and hair back (things my Asian friends swear by) ;D.

You know I have been tempted to try this just for a good laugh, the only reason I say that is because I have a face that will not hide emotions so if I am not feelin you it would just come out . Then again I know me my patience is very short I would be there thinking about a tv show and wondering when it's going to end? I would probably just say times over and leave!! Then again you shouldn't knock it until you try it!

I would totally try it. I think it'd be the funniest thing. I'm one of those people that are open to just about anything once.

Give you an update Monday it's on Friday. Found out there's a twist, the event takes place in the semi-dark so you can only work by voice. Liking the event already. lAt least 100 people are attending on the night also, it's an all Black event .

Okay I had a major cold ( made my voice husky, but weird ). Anyway the night was really cold, more men then ladies in the place.....and all looked good. I had semi chit chats with 20 guys in all and got picked by 8 guys for future dates. I only liked 4 of them so I'm kind of happy. Funny thing is after the event, more guys apporached me at the dance afterwards, so I left on a high note. The whole set up was really weird as you could only make out their body shape and some accents and tones sounded like un-natural ( or maybe I was a bit suspious ). Anyway tickets were £20 and the turn out was good so the charity would be please. Would I do it again....YES,YES YES.

See! I thought it would be cool, I'm bout to pick up my queen at one of them joints when they have another one. Well...not here, not enough sistas here. I'd have to go to ATL or NY.
I want to go now just to get out and mingle.

I plan to go to another real soon, but be very selective on who is running the event. This accoring to my friends makes the difference, because you are more than likely willing to date the females/males that attend because many have been pre selected anyway.
