I had the opportunity to attend a show consisting of Omar and Eric Roberson, all I am going to say is they were both right on point and I actually had not listened to Omar in quite some time but he is truly being slept on!!!! as well as Eric, if you get a chance check them both out.
The UK got it goin on I miss Soul II Soul, Carol Wheeler and most of all Loose Ends!

I've been havin' a hard time findin' Omar's cds. I'll go to Virgin and see if I can find it. Eric only has the one cd out right?
How many do they both have out (excluding mixtapes)?

Ok Omar has 6 albums all together and will release ( fingers crossed) his new album this summer. At present you can get three new tunes on vinyl 12'. If you EVER get the chance to see omar you will understand why he is the offical G'VNOR of British Soul.
Eric ( my hubby) technically has one album, but if you check amazon you will find the 'real' debut.

Went to Virgin the other day to cop Eric Roberson's album and those jokers were sold out!  Can you believe it? I was so disgusted. They told me they might only be gettin' one in and I can't put it on hold. That's a bunch of bull... I'll just have to keep checkin' back for it. |

Yes Jam, Omar is the govnr and is a cutie Pie those women were pushin tryin to get to the front! meanwhile my spot was on lock front and center such a melodic voice all he has to do is smile and I am GONE!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing John Legennd Tonight Omar will be performing as well as a host of other UK acts. The show is a tribute to Nelson Mandela and the close of John's European tour. Full details tomorrow....I hope.

I left after 30mins,false advertisement. Legend was siging cd's only and not performing,Omar did'nt turn up neither Estelle, Terri Walker......I just left and watched ER.
This is the reason I go to more Indie & Rock concerts. Fair price,start on time, great atmosphere and home in time for a hot cuppa.

Finally Eric is back in the uk and at my fav venue jazz Cafe next weekend. Just brought me & my mum table seats so looking to get some great photos afterwards.

I heard a rumour that Marsh from Floetry may perform on the night, but I know it's a lie cause there are in the US promoting the new single....but we can dream.
Yeah my mum's scratching my cd to death in her car right now ( so glad for the ipod ),she should know the album by friday...... and in tune I hope.
