The cost of advertising on the Super Bowl has gone up again to 2.25 million for a 30 second commercial. That's a jump of 7 percent from last year. There are still 8 spots left. All spot vacancies are for the 4th Quarter when the price plummets to 1.8 million because Super Bowl's have known to be blowouts and people turn .There willl be 62 commercials in all. Advertisers are paying a whopping 1.61 per viewer on average. Last year over 88 million americans watched the Super Bowl. This year's media buyers are projecting the game to draw over 90 million. The SuperBowl is the most popular singular event in America.

I wish I did have $2.25 mil to spend on a commercial during the superbowl for aap. The bad thing is people barely remember it and then I have to spend another $2.25 mil trying to do the replay thing for weeks to come. One sweet day.
