turkey i went there with a last minute ticket
pack my bagss and went to the airport
and hit the road
i arrived at the airport in ISTANBUL
didnt had booked a hotelroom or something
took a cab and went to a hotel
in the plane i had read something in a LONELY PLANET GUIDE
WICH I RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO BUY WENN THEY VISIT A COUNTRY
these guides are good
and i did had use them frequently during my trips abroad
but back to TURKEY
so the first hotel i got fast with the help of this insane cabdriver
lol
dang those peeps drive fast (its not recommended at all by all guides lol but i did do it)
so i stay there a few days
the hotel was a place lawd haha the first night i was like woow lots of women here
i didnt know those were russian hookers lol
but whateva
i just stay there and it was cheap and i did locked my door and sleep with a knife under my pillow
hehehe
the touristic site of istanbul is wonderfull
the moskee are awesome
the city is big
read all the info in all those guides
the most wonderfull of istanbul is that its a city with two cultures
two worlds the asian and the european world
after a few days hanging around there
site seing
i took a ferryboat and went ova the bospurus to antother city
and travel from city to city with a bus
its cheap traveling with a bus
cheaper then a plane
the coutry site is wonderfull
i do advise peeps not to travel alone
and do phone or email from time to time ya family at home
the peeps in turkey are really nice they do speak englisch very well
the places to stay are cheap
to travel is cheap
the food is good
but look out where ya eat and wha ya eat
there are several places where ya can eat outside but i dont do it
and buy water from bottles
but i always do that
look out if ya eat meat
and where ya eat that
i didnt go out wenn i was in turkey
although i did do long night walks in this town CHANEKELE ( i think thats the name)
i had done a lot in the day so i was to tired to go out
ok this is my way of goin on vacation
friends of mine did went to turkey
but they just go to beaches and hotels
and thats not my kinda way of vacation
but from what i hear it was good and cheap
and fun
ya can rent appartments and its fun
but not my kinda way of vacation
i do like to see and have adventure lol
