Ok yall, first of all I went to get my yearly pap and I mentioned to my DR. that the last time I was in here office that she placed OBESITY on my reciept, I was like why is that? she tells me that "well I think you are a little heavier that you should be" so I then asked her well how much weight are we talking because I feel very healthy? why oh why did she blurt out 50lbs!!! I was like oh? so she said that I need a good diet I was like which one are you on?? foreal yall because she is big!! she goes on to tell me I should check out the south beach diet. First of all I know I could stand to lose a couple of pounds and I mean only like 20lbs, but I think she was a little extreme!!! but what bugs me out the most is that when my tests come back everything is healthy and I even walk two miles a day so go figure!!! Anyways I am not stressing that big ass woman, I could see if it were a health issue but in my eyes I am fine and I am not suffering, obesity to me is someone who has a lot of health problems but thy are steming fromt he weight!!! Me I beg to differ, and she gonna slide her big ass outta the room like she was all scared.

Dont stress it girlfriend. You know doctors are always goig by that " Skinny as shit scale" Dont nobody want to be that skinny. From what I have seen, men like a little meat on their bones anyway. My doctor would probably tell me the same thing but I dont pay that no mind. I'm evenly porportioned. I'm a little tall, so I dont look as heavy as I am.

People always have something to say to make you feel like you are doing something wrong and insecure about yourself. Don't sweat that. Oooh she making me mad!

I might have drop kicked that bytch!!! Sorry guys!!!
I know what you mean because I am a "Thick" sista... not fat by any means. And because of people like them I feel I need to lose some weight. Mr. Man always says you are not fat... let me show you fat and points to this 200+ pound person.
Keep your head up girl.
