One of my bosses will be in the office tommorrow for a few meetings. This is the one that has been on Maternity Leave since February.

I am not looking forward to her one day back in the ofice before she returns full-time on Monday, May17th. I just get the feeling this woman does not like me at all... and I am sure that I am not wrong!!! This is the same one that gave me problems about leaving early for some doctors appointments a few months ago. (See Pissed to all Pisstivity Post).

Anyway she wants to have a meeting with me tommorrow and I heard through the grapevine that she really doesn't have anything positive to say. Keep me in your prayers that everything turns out alright. Especially considering my other two managers have no problem with me or my work.

Today I begin to understand what love must be, if it exists.... When we are parted, we each feel the lack of the other half of ourselves. We are incomplete like a book in two volumes of which the first has been lost. That is what I imagine love to be: incompleteness in absence.

Make sure that you have a mediator present at the meeting, maybe one of the other managers so that if she steps to far out of line you can have a witness of her hostility.
Remain calm, breathe plenty, expect the worst so that when it happens to be better you are relieved. Don't stress out and don't let her see you sweat. You will do great believe that.

The meeting never happened because she was occupied with other stuff... but I really didn't give her anything to talk about either. everything was ready for her just like she had never missed a day and I think that caught her off guard.

I did, however, have a meeting with the HR Manager on Friday though.

This place gonna drive me to drink for sure!!!
