So the last time I went down to see my cousin in Norfolk I locked my keys in my car, I know hit me later. The fuckin tow truck place man, it's so bad I had to put in a complaint to the bbb, wanna hear it here it go:

On April 18th I needed my car unlocked becuase my keys were in the ignition. The company unlocked it then when i gave them my credit card info they told me the charge didn't go through. I called the bank to clarify and as I was talking the man became impatient and requested cash. No soon had I given the cash had hejumped in his truck and left around the corner and I found out that they did get the money out of my account as well. They told me they would recredit it and never did. My bank researched the dispute and as a result they put the money back in my account at first and then they took it back out saying that the company said that they would refund my money. Well the company never did and when I called back to voice my complaint I was treated as though they did not care and it would be taken care of when ever. I have already had the run around for a month and I am tired of it. To make matters worse the employee DeeDee who is also office manager refused my right to talk to the owners whose names are Scott and Mary Ann. I am still out of my money and they are not trying to help me out. Thank you
