oh it's just something I saw as one of the recent added features of the site such as the quick reply addition, spell check, photo upload and so forth. I thought it'd be something to add so if someone makes you feel good give em some karma. It's all about positivity around here.

LOL, yes everyone can use it, you can click it for anyone the thing is you can only click once per log in. But you can click each person as many time as you like. that was the same way I felt when I saw myself with some karma, I hadn't even explained what it was yet, I said oooh somebody likes me!
