I'm was discouraged for a moment and let me tell you why. I am self promoting this book. By any means possible. That means after I work from 9-6 at my clothing store in Richmond I am pounding the street handing out business cards and inviting people to the site or emailing all I can to get the word out there. Now understand that this means I am getting email addy's and I send out and email to let them know what I'm doing and the web address. Well I am not a great speller, that is why I have an editor for my books, and when I'm sending these emails out I'm trying to reach as many people as possible because it is only me doing promotion.
I get really disscouraged for a minute when people email me back nasty for example:
... to quote you: "what women thing".....
Hmmm, I'm a woman, and I'm not sure what I thing all the time so I'm glad you're hear to tell me! er, NOT!
Please don't SPAM me again.

I was not trying to be nasty but I feel like if she didn't want the info then she should have disregarded it. I don't mean any harm at all. So if you come to the site and you don't like it, leave it alone. Plain and simple. I'm trying to do something positive and I don't need any more negatives then what I already have.
But I know this isn't a perfect world and no emails like this will not discourage me so I will simple continue to do me. So I apologize for my spelling and if you have recieved my emails and you don't want to. Just send me a response saying a simple no thanks and I will not contact you again.

Girl... don't let it get you down. Some people don't have good sense. But I bet if it was something sexual going on... they would be all up in it!!!!!
