If your child got exspelled from school due to sexual oreintation would you fight to get them back in?

I would fight... But depending on the situation I would not want my child to go to that particular school. If there was a risk that my child would be harrassed or something like that I would find a new school. If it was just an administration decision I would get my child back into the same school. But no matter what... I would fight the situation....
